Dear Reader
Sciatic pain is literally a pain in the butt! But it can also radiate down your leg. This is common and something we treat on a weekly basis.
You might have a pain in your bum, lower back, the back of your leg, your foot and toes. The sensation can feel like stabbing, burning or shooting, tingling – like pins and needles, numb And you might have a weakness on one side. Many people say 'I have sciatica' which is a term I don't like and disagree with as it's a symptom, a pain rather than the cause.
Read our recent article - 4 Ways to get Rid of Sciatic Pain and try our video below, I'd love to hear how you get on.

Mindful Movement 🧘♀️
Simple
There could be one of these techniques that you love most, add that into your daily or weekly routine. Monitor your symptoms and notice how it helps.
Simple
These technique often take less than 5minutes but we assumer they'll take longer or they're too simple make a difference!
Prevention
Don't stop, often when our pain begins to feel better, we stop doing the things that worked and then say 'aw that didn't work' I'm still doing ALL the things that helped me recovery from hip surgery from KCR, to yoga practices, to recovery techniques. You might not have to do them as frequently as during your initial recovery but you still have to do some maintenance to prevent the pain from recurring.
This is your sign . . . whats your next steps?
